:: LOCATION ::

You are requested to leave a 50% deposit within 2 weeks after the reservation.
The settlement is to be paid 2 months before your arrival.
If you cancel within 2 months before your arrival the deposit will be refunded less 100 €. After this term nothing will be refunded.
We accept payments through bank transfers: please contact us for details.

On your arrival you are requested to leave a 150 € deposit for possible damages or exorbitant consumption. The possible difference will be refunded before your leaving.
For the cleaning after your stay you have to pay 30 €. Charges 10 €/day.

The house is at your disposal from 6 pm of the day of your arrival till 10 am of the day of your leaving. Each week of your stay starts and ends on Saturday.
